All the penguins have grouped together to wish a Happy Birthday
I've used a group of penguins to send wishes on this greeting card
This card can be so easily adapted for your intended recipient by changing penguins to their favourite character such as robots, Mickey or Minnie mouse, Gorjeous girls or a favourite animal. Likewise change the greetings - instead of birthday wishes, the card could easily be changed to new job, good luck or congratulations.

You will need
- Reveal Wheel die by Lawn Fawn
- Reveal Wheel Speech Bubble add-on by Lawn Fawn
- Reveal Wheel Sentiments stamp set by Lawn Fawn
- Reveal Wheel Spring Sentiments stamp set by Lawn Fawn
- Snow Place stamp and die set by Stampin Up
- Bird Banter stamp set by Stampin Up
- Black ink Pad
- Stamping aid - optional but helps with placing of stamps (I use the Stamparatus by Stampin Up)
- Colouring medium of your choice (I used promarker pens - honeycomb, leaf green, arctic blue, berry red and tulip yellow)
- Bunting die
- Mini brad
- Bright blue, pale blue, black and white card
- Guillotine with cutting and scoring blades
- Die cutting machine
- Glue and double sided foam pads
- Using black ink on white card, stamp at least 10 penguins from the Snow Place stamp set. Colour in their beak and feet and then die cut them out.
- Using black ink on white card, stamp at least 10 hats from the Bird Banter stamp set. Colour them in and then cut them out with scissors
- Glue a hat onto each penguins head, some straight and some at angles
- Using the reveal wheel die set cut 1 of the rectangle in white card. Add the speech bubble die to the rectangle (use a bit of washi tape to hold in place if necessary) and die cut from bright blue card
- Use the outline of the speech bubble die and cut one from black card. Glue it around the cut out on the blue rectangle
- Glue the penguins to the blue rectangle so they cover the lower half just below the speech bubble. Start with gluing penguins just below the speech bubble then work downwards layering them as if they were a crowd
- Turn the blue rectangle over and cut away any penguins that over hang the rectangle
- Die cut the bunting die on white card. Colour in the bunting flags then glue to the top of the blue rectangle. Turn the rectangle over and cut off any over hang. (If you don't have a bunting die then just cut some mini triangles and attach using some string)
- Cut 2 large circles from reveal wheel die set on white card and just one of the smaller circles
- Use one of the larger circles as a template. Put a pencil mark on one of the scallops round the edge. Count around 10 scallops clockwise and add a pencil mark to the tenth one. Count another 10 scallops around and add another pencil mark. You should now have 3 pencil marks equally spaced around the circle. Use the speech bubble add on die, line the top of the die to the top of the scallop where a pencil mark is. Run it through your die machine. Repeat this where the other two pencil marks are. You will then have your completed template
- Put the circle template ontop of the other larger white circle, matching up the scallops, and hold in place with magnets in your stamping aid. Line up a greeting stamp from one of the reveal wheel sentiments stamp sets so it stamps through one of the speech bubble cut outs. Use the black ink pad to stamp the greeting. Move the magnets if necessary but do not move the template and matching circle beneath, so that you can stamp the next greeting in the next cut out. Repeat with the last cut out. The circles can now be removed from the stamping aid. Keep the template for future use.
- Put a small brad through the back of the small circle and then through the back of the larger circle. Open the legs of the brad on the front of the large circle where the stamped greetings are. If the brad legs are really long, you may need to trim them back with some wire cutters so they don't show through to the front of your finished card.
- Put some double sided foam pads on the back of the smaller circle then stick it to the white rectangle cut out in step 3. Lay the blue rectangle loosely on top to ensure the greetings can be seen through the cut out
- Put double sided foam pads all over the white rectangle but avoid getting any too close to the circle and then stick the blue rectangle ontop
- Make a base card from a sheet of A4 light blue card by cutting it in half and then folding it in half
- Glue the penguin rectangles centrally to the base card
- Stamp an arrow from the reveal wheel sentiment stamp set onto the base card close to the edge of the wheel
This is your card finished. You can now turn the wheel and your penguins speech bubble greeting will change.
