Use Stampin Up's Peaceful Deer stamp and punch set to make this beautiful Christmas card
Rather than use lots of decorative papers to decorate a card, I have used the stamp set to create the background. Because I have used the stamp set and it's not reliant on a particular printed paper, you can make your card in any colour you wish. I've gone for a festive green.
Follow the below link to find out how the card was made
You will need
- Peaceful Deer stamp and punch set by Stampin Up
- Evening Evergreen card
- Evening Evergreen ink pad
- Soft Succulent ink pad
- White ink pad
- White card
- Soft succulent coloured patterned paper
- 3 Soft Succulent mini gems
- Guillotine with cutting and scoring blades
- Glue and double sided foam pads
- Cut a piece of Evening Evergreen card to 25 . 3 cm by 10 . 5 cm. Score at 10 . 5 cm from the left edge. Fold the card along the score line. You will now have a card base that has a shorter left front panel
- Stamp trees using the Evening Evergreen ink pad onto the front of the card blank. Ensure some of them are off the edge of the card so make sure you have a blank piece of paper beneath it.
- Stamp snowflakes between the trees on the front of the card using a white ink pad
- Cut a piece of patterned paper to 5 cm wide by 10 . 5 cm tall. Glue it to the inside back of card so it aligns with the edge of the card
- Using Soft Succulent ink pad, stamp a deer and 'Merry Christmas' onto white card
- Punch the deer out and cut the greeting into a banner shape
- Use double sided foam pads to attach the deer and greeting to the front of the card
- Stick 3 tiny gems to the back decorative paper
